The following are the club's policies for using the discussion group and the forum:
Group membership is limited to paid members only. Exceptions can be made with the approval of the executive committee.
The general public has no access to the group, not even to read the contents.
The purpose of the group is for photography-related discussions only. Examples of acceptable uses are:
Asking questions about cameras, lenses, Photoshop, etc.
Planning your own personal field trips, and asking if others are interested in participating.
Buying or selling personal camera equipment (within reasonable limits - this is not eBay).
Posting news and information which may be of interest to our members.
This site is specifically NOT to be used for:
Non-photography related discussions.
Commercial postings (except for commercial news sanctioned by the executive committee).
All postings to this web site must be done in a courteous and respectful manner. Profanity, "flame wars", and other disrespectful behaviour may result in temporary or permanent suspension of group privileges.
Any questions or comments or concerns about these policies should be directed to the executive committee.
